TYPE IN WHAT'S IN YOUR FRIDGE. IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO COOK.

Supercook is a free recipe engine that works backwards from what you already have. List your ingredients — it searches thousands of recipes and shows you exactly what you can make right now. No grocery run. No wasted food. No 'what's for dinner' spiral.

Supercook
The anti-recipe-blog. Ingredients in, dinner out.

Every recipe site works the same broken way. You find something that looks good, then discover it needs an ingredient you don't have, then either drive to the store or give up and order takeout.

Supercook flips the whole process.

You type in what's already in your kitchen — chicken, rice, half an onion, a lonely bell pepper — and it searches its database for every recipe you can actually make with that. No shopping trip required. No scrolling past a life story before you get to the ingredient list.

The ingredient picker is the whole trick. Start typing and it autocompletes from a list of thousands of items — produce, proteins, pantry staples, spices, dairy, whatever's rattling around your kitchen. Check off what you've got. The recipe list updates instantly, ranked by how many of your ingredients each one uses.

You can also work in reverse — tell it what you're craving and it'll show you what else you'd need to make it happen.

It filters for the real constraints too: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and by cuisine. And it pulls from real recipe sites across the web, not some thin internal database — so you're not stuck with five bad recipes for chicken and rice.

The whole point is reducing food waste and decision fatigue at the same time. That wilting spinach and the last two eggs aren't a problem anymore. They're just inputs.

It's free. No account required to search, though creating one lets you save your pantry list so you're not re-typing it every time.

Stop staring into the fridge wondering what to make.

Tell it what's in there. Let it figure out the rest.
